These Sweetheart Earrings are adorned with a white freshwater pearl.  The actual heart is 1/4" in diameter and 1/8" thick.  The earrings are about 1.25" from the top of the french wire to the bottom of the pearl.  These earrings are available in Matte or High Polish.
